I've been seeing Kate now for a couple of years or more, I find her way of working is deeply healing, relaxing and her approach, technique and understanding for treating long/short term injuries has an amazing freeing feeling leaving one completely back to a state of wellbeing and freedom in the body (very clever). I went to see Kate a month ago with pain in my lower back and piriformis muscle causing weakness in my leg, broken nights and bouts of sever pain. She gave me a massage which brought immediate relief, and taught me some exercises to do at home to help. I have since had 2 more treatments, with each one seeing an improvement. I know it's not going to be an instant fix, and I'm not quite ready to gallop up hills yet, but there is a very definite improvement. Kate knows what she's doing, she has pinpointed the exact problem spots with gentle and skillful massage, and I can highly recommend her.

Kate has been wonderful in helping me combat debilitating Achilles’ tendon pain and associated restriction in mobility. Having had limited success with standard treatments Kate offered me both compassion and expertise. Within just one treatment I was walking more comfortably and greater distances . Regular visits are keeping me more mobile and offering me hope for eventual resolution.

I was given a thorough initial consultation followed by a maintenance sports massage. Kate was professional, knowledgeable and friendly - I can happily recommend Phyzz!

So glad to have found Kate. What a joy to find someone who takes the time to listen to your symptoms and is able to treat you accordingly. After suffering for several months with neck and shoulder problems one visit to Kate the difference was amazing. To be out of pain and able to do day to day things with ease after struggling for so long was fantastic. Also would recommend having the aromatherapy oils it makes the whole experience so relaxing.
