From the first phone call these guys did not disappoint, friendly and informative from the first conversation, I was booked in straight away and a coolant problem diagnosed, parts ordered and problem sorted within days. My first time using them and I can say that they’ve put a few Surrey garages to shame with their service. I have recommended them to friends and will definitely be using kmk again 5*

Great garage - just off the M25. We had tyre pressure light come on a couple of times so I phoned ahead to check if they could take a look. Polite, friendly service, checked the tyres straight away. Nothing immediately wrong with it so no charge. Just a fast and friendly check.

Adam and the team were great, with a wealth of experience and knowledge they explained everything and kept me posted every step of the way, they were polite caring and efficient. Turned up without notice with a bit of an emergency, all of the guys were so lovely and fit me in even though they were so busy and sorted my car in a matter of minutes! Will definitely take my car there again when it needs repairs/MOT, and thank you again!

I have been taking my car here since I moved to the area 2 years ago. The team are always friendly, super helpful and flexible! Never had an issue they cannot fix and at a reasonable price!

Fantastic service from Adam, reliable and understanding from the get go. I had changes in dates and time frequently over the last week. Needed new brake pads and discs then an MOT. Best price in the area for the breaks and discs and although the MOT was a little higher than the usual £25, Adam explained it’s to ensure the best service and guarantee you’re not getting scammed - as a lot of garages do with young women especially. If you’re not sure, this happened with my mum previously - paid £25 for an MOT that resulted in a £500 overpriced bill elsewhere. He went the extra mile to make sure the car passed the test and that I knew what was going on - 100% worth it. Will most likely be coming back for ALL car related issues & recommending to anyone as I feel safe, understood and everything is explained thoroughly.Thank you and see you again!

How very disappointing. The AA towed my van here as they said it would be seen within 48hrs. I knew what was wrong with the van and told them what needed to be done. It took them 14 days to do it which with a commercial vehicle posed a really big problem for me, which was nothing compared to the price they tried to charge me. The parts should have cost £300 inc VAT (that’s being generous) but they tried to charge me £600 plus VAT. When I asked for proof of cost of the parts they said they could reduce it by £200. It transpired that they wanted to charge me VAT twice on parts plus an extortionate amount for handling even the parts. Even with the £200 reduction I have been over charged. Their £971 bill should have been £650 ! ( and that would be using premium expensive parts ) I think they should have phoned me to advise of the costs especially as they over charge so much for parts.

I had an issue with my car and the two guys helped check my car over immediately so I knew it was safe to drive. They were kind, thorough and very trustworthy. Very reassuring and welcoming. I would recommend them very highly!
