Smart TMS Edinburgh

TMS made me feel a lot worse. Anxiety increased as did nightmares/night terrors and hypomania symptoms. The staff at TMS are lovely but if you have a negative outcome, as I did, the clinic management will not respond or provide any aftercare. Once they have your substantial payment then that's it. I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

I can not recommend SmartTMS enough. From the very start the team have been superb. Lucy was great when I initially contacted the company, explained everything and was super helpful setting up everything in a way which was very convenient and helpful for me.The initial assessment and follow ups by Aleks were professional, informative and helped me both before and during the treatment.The star of the team was Paul who runs the clinic in Edinburgh. You could not ask for a better person to take you through the process. It was not just, that he applied the TMS treatment in a very professional manner, it was also the soft touches. He showed genuine understanding towards me was sympathetic, helpful and made such an effort to compliment the treatment with practical advice.I'm lucky that I'm in the majority of people who responded to the treatment - so from that point of view I am very, very happy with the help I received from SmartTMS.

I would highly recommend TMS for fibromyalgia if you have found that other forms of treatment have been ineffective or come with too many side-effects. At first the results were quite subtle, but over time they allowed me to manage my condition quite well. Once you have been to a few sessions, the effects of the treatment lasts longer.Paul was very professional and kind during all of our treatment sessions. He was very attentive and made me feel relaxed throughout. Everything was explained very clearly and I felt like I was able to make informed decisions about my treatment.
