My wife and I stayed over the Easter weekend and all we can say is that the accommodation ,the staff and the included breakfast was first class and we would stay again without hesitation. We did not see use the included faculties but when we return again we will be full use of them

St Michaels Lodge
Absolutely incredible place! Stunning part of the country, fantastic accomodation and the food was brilliant, but best of all the staff are some of the friendliest, kindest and most professional people you could ever hope to meet - genuinely can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for all your help!

Attended for a works welfare stay and I was extremely impressed. It's a fantastic place with knowledgeable friendly staff and amazing food.Rooms whilst very basic were immaculate and comfortable, the mini fridge in the room was a great idea.I would highly recommend to others.

We went on a 2-night bed and breakfast break in June 2023. The break was at the weekend, when the convalescing members had gone home.Although we are members of the BEN Fund, we weren't convalescing. The premises are beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean and well-kept, being located right next to Langho railway station.(The weather was excellent when we were there, which certainly helped too. )There are comfortable lounges with televisions, sofas and tables. There is a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool for adults, plus a small beginners' pool, with hoists to enable disabled people to be lowered into the water. We had the middle-priced double room, which was adequately sized, with a super king sized bed. The large bathroom had a shower, rather than a bath and this suited us perfectly. There was storage, tea/coffee/biscuits, television and as we had now come to expect, everything was spotlessly clean. The area is very pleasant and we used our full day to drive about 20 miles to Rawtenstall, to travel on the East Lancashire Historic Railway, for a most enjoyable journey to Heywood and back. There are plenty of places to obtain evening meals and we went about 2 miles to the Black Bull. Beautiful food, pleasant staff and nice surroundings.Overall, we have only good things to say about our stay at St Michael's Lodge.
