Emergency Plumber Plymouth

I decided to use this company as the reviews on FreeIndex were good, I soon realised that these reviews were for emergency work he had done not tiling and bathroom work.The job was suppose to last only 3 days but instead went on for weeks, which when you need your bathroom is so frustrating.They 'dib dab' the tiles which your not suppose to do if done properly, and I'm now left with out of line tiles, many of which are sticking out! The work is just shabby and very unprofessional.Also, Ash the owner does not do the work himself. I'm so disappointed with it.

Ash was on time, responsive, tidy, courteous and fixed the leak within 1 hour. Couldn’t recommend him enough and very reasonable rates. I have already recommended him to 6 friends. I cannot day thank you enough to him.

Ashley was absolutely amazing. Answered the phone 1st time and came out within 40minutes. He quickly identified the issue with my radiator leak, and got it rectified there and then. Really reasonable price - couldn’t recommend enough!!

Leaking inlet valve on the toilet. Was here in an hour and all fixed within half hour. Very polite, efficient and professional. Great job, will definitely recommend and use again if required.

Called on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency after putting a nail through a pipe with in less then 20 mins he was here nothing was to much bother at all soo helpful and friendly would defo recommend!

Ashley was quick to respond to a Saturday emergency call-out regarding a blocked toilet. He was persistent and thorough, troubleshooting the issue to be a blocked drain, which he cleared using a high pressure jet. Even though identifying and resolving the blockage took time, Ashley charged very reasonable rates, and I would not hesitate to recommend him/his company to others for rapid response and great service.

Ash was round in about 40mins to fix a leaking radiator valve. Reasonably priced, quick and helpful. Happy to recommend.

Called these guys after cutting through a copper pipe to a radiator in the basement of my house. Within the hour Ash had arrived and was sorting out the problem. Price was very reasonable and all in all satisfied with service etc. Many thanks!

Super fast response, really friendly staff. Under my sink was leaking and I had someone here about 20 minutes after I called, and it wasn't even an emergency. Will absolutely be using them again

Found this company via a google search for emergency gas engineer Plymouth. I called Ash out on Easter Sunday, after a suspected gas leak from the 6 month old boiler in my rental property. Another engineer had been out on the Saturday (on emergency call out charge), conducted tests and found no leak. However, the gas smell was back on the Sunday morning. Ash went over very promptly, and found a tiny leak from one of the valves. My only regret is not calling Ash first, as I had to pay 2 engineers. I will be using Ash as my emergency plumber/gas engineer from now on. Very reasonable emergency call out rate even on a bank holiday weekend. If only all workmen were like Ash! thanks again.
