The selling team is absolutely a dream team! 5 stars! They immediately understood our needs and they did everything to facilitate our requirements. Excellent after sale support, Linden has helped us with our new house from start until today. Their respond to our enquiries is impressive and to the point!

These houses are terrible. Having worked in the industry myself for over 3 years I have never seen houses to such a low standard. You get reassured you have two years warranty and I can assure you that you will need it. The longer your living in the hosue the more problems creep up and you can be waiting up to 5 weeks for a simple email reply. And they won't pick up your phone calls either. I took days off work for people to not show up to do repairs and no excuse or phone calls from anyone to say they weren't coming. They just leave you sitting at home all day wasting your day for nobody to show up.Stay clear. I will never be buying from them again. It's not worth the hassle they cause and the homes terribly built. Don't waste your time and money!!!. I have all evidence to back this up also so don't believe their empty promises!!!!

We visited our nieces new home today. It was such a poor build , I have seen some cowboy building practices before but these houses are atrocious. Such poor workmanship and attention to detail. The floor levels , canopy’s , drain covers , paint work. It would take a snagger a week to document the issues on this two bed semi. Imagine a bigger house. Lindon site managers should be ashamed.
