A fantastic shop with extremely friendly staff and some fantastic offers.The furniture is made of really solid wood and you can tell by looking and touching that it is sturdy and would last a very long time.Definitely worth a visit if you are in search of furniture

Recently bought a Provence dining table set, contacted the company as I have noticed oil stains coming through the paint in the chairs asked if the had any issues, told not asked for advice told to buy paint from B&Q WOW. What happened to the quarantee obviously they don't offer one from this company. I have shopped here for years. NEVER Again

Surprisingly large place it looks like a normal size shop but when you go inside it has loads of rooms on a few floors they have some lovely furniture

Amazing friendly people. Furniture is excellent quality. One of dining chairs was faulty but it was replaced no hassle. I bought dining table and chairs and sideboard. My daughter bought dining table 2 sideboards and coffee table amazing prices.

Bought 2 wardrobes 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. Really pleased with them.Good service and good prices for good quality furniture. Steve was helpful and had them delivered very quickly. Delivery men were very pleasant and helpful.5 stars from me and I'll be going back for more shortly .

Really disappointed with customer service having chosen it because it was a local north east company. Poor instructions for collection from warehouse and unable to contact by phone - called many times. No apology given for this just told it was our fault. Lovely furniture but I will not be shopping here again.

Still have not delivered order after numerous calls and emails . Shop says it’s the online department. I will be calling into the shop to take what I have paid for. Do not buy online from this company

This company have appalling customer service. Just don't trust them at all. I ordered an item (there were 10 in stock according to their website) on Wed 4 January and the payment went through according to a receipt from Paypal. I didn't hear anything directly from the company and I was going to ring on Monday to ask about delivery. Out of the blue on Sunday I received a refund notification from Paypal with no explanation or apology. I rang their official number and eventually got through to a woman who blamed issues with stock control on IT problems". Apparently they have only been at work since Friday. The item is still listed on their website and there are still 10 in stock. Don't expect them to apologize for anything."
