He was patience personified as he took the time to understand our vision and explain our options to us; he went above and beyond by measuring those windows for which we'd be buying online DIY blinds; he kept us informed at every step of the process; the shutters arrived precisely when he said they would, and the two days of installation were a real pleasure.
