Timberbush - Ticket Office

I did the day tour up to the Highlands and Loch Ness. Paul. B was our guide and you can tell he loves what he does, very knowledgable about history around the area. He was also entertaining with his stories.The bus was clean we left and arrived bank into Edinburgh as advised. It was a smaller group but everyone enjoyed themselves and Paul kept us informed and laughing along the way. He is a credit to the company and will recommend these tours to anyone coming this way.

It was our first time travelling with Timberbush and they didn’t disappoint! We went on the Loch Lomond and Stirling Castle one day tour from Edinburgh. We had a stand-in driver, Paul, who really made this journey unique.Paul made sure that we were all comfortable, especially with the heating and gave us literally hundreds of interesting facts and figures. I don’t mean the usual “celebrity so-and-so lived or was born here” type of info (though there were a few of these as well) but there were more of the origins of Scottish words and place names, the history behind certain towns and aspects of Scottish culture.The bus journey wasn’t too fast or too slow. Very careful driving and he took us to visit Luss whilst the majority went on a boat tour, even though there were only 6 of us.The bus was clean and comfortable and perfect for the duration of the journey.Although the countryside and views can’t be beaten, tours like this are made by the driver. Paul is a credit to the company and we will definitely using Timberbush next time we visit Scotland.
