Didn't pay for my filming service for them. They hired me to film wedding as cam b op and then went dissolved and didn't pay anything. Hope they don't do any business because if I find they do I'll find you

We got in touch with Get Film to film our blockchain event in Newcastle. To say we are impressed by the level of customer service and quality of the final product, would be an understatement. Our videographer Liam came fully prepared and was a dream to work with. We were so busy organising the event, Liam cracked on and caught all the best bits. Fantastic cinematography and editing was on point. Kudos to Liam and Get Film, will certainly be using this service again.

DO NOT GETFILM!I'm only getting married once and despite my busy schedule at work, the photographer and videographer was the very first thing I have made sure I arranged as my family and my fiance's parents are not going to be at our wedding so I wanted to capture the moment by quality professional photographs and videos that we can share with our families and look back to this special day with a smile hoping that despite our families' absence, they would be able to share the same special feelings we have for the day and make them feel like they've been there. This is why I decided to hire Getfilm. Instead, it turned out to be one of the most stressful and awful thing someone can put a bride through on their special day!At first, everything seems fine. Tom McKenzie seems friendly and knows his business well and how to take care of customers. Then at some point it, Tom had been very slow in responding.. it takes him atleast a week to get back to me on questions and job sheet consultations, etc. A week before the wedding I asked Tom if everything is in place (ie the jobsheet has been passed on to the production team) and I was reassured by him that he has done so.On the day of the wedding, no one from Getfilm showed up. My friends and I tried to call Tom McKenzie's mobile number and Getfilm's landline several times but no one was picking up the phone. I left voice messages and emails but to no avail. It's horrendous, outrageous, unprofessional, unacceptable and very, very wicked of Tom to do this to me and my husband or to anyone else for that matter.I'm sorry to say this but Tom and Getfilm are an utter disappointment and every bride and groom's nightmare! They are very disorganized and unreliable so do not make the same mistake as I did to trust these people on your special day!

They have gone into administration. I discovered this after trying to call them to confirm details for the wedding day; no notice was given. They’re also online as ‘the wedding video company’.If you’ve used them, you can contact RSM who are the liquidators and speak to them if you’re owed money. They’ve changed their name to ‘Garden Leaf Ltd’ if you want to look them up on companies house.

We wanted a video created for our student event, got through to a chap called Chris who was very helpful throughout the whole process explaining what we would need to make the best video possible. Once it was all booked we were put through to the production team who were very helpful leading up to the day, throughout the day and after. overall a very good experience and we will be using for our future events.

COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!Getfilm hired me to do a series of jobs for them. At first no issue, 5 months since my last job and I am still awaiting to be paid. Every person I try to get hold of is conveniently in a meeting or has left the company.

AVOID!!!! I have just found out that Getfilm went into liquidation April 2019, i had to find out by ringing a old number from a email which then told me to call RSM UK which is the liquidation company! We have lost our money and our wedding is next month, we now cant afford to pay out for another videographer at such short notice!

I used Get Film Ltd for my wedding Video in August 2018. A guy called Matt came to our venue, and recorded the whole day as planned, He was amazing. They got in touch with my wife a week after the wedding via email with a link to the first draft of the video, we wasn't happy with the quality, asked them to change it and include the footage we previously wanted. A few weeks later they send another draft back, still with problems, We sent pictures from our Wedding Photographer to include within the video and this was a lot better to watch, but still had a few problems, After this point we kept sending emails, and no one got back to us, I tried contacting them every week, sending emails every week, no reply. I believe they have gone into Liquidation, I have spoke to RSM UK (Insolvency Team) based in Newcastle and I am awaiting to see if they are able to provide me with the full video so at least I have something to look back one, as I have no footage of my lovely wedding. They are now trading as Green Leaf Ltd, and still can't answer the phone and emails. If you are considering using this company I would recommend using a proper firm and to avoid dealing with these cowboys as they do not provide the video they promised.,

I would not recommend this company we had them for our wedding video and we are so disappointed with the out come of the video we have received. I was told that the person who would be videoing the wedding would be in contact a few days before the wedding....this never happened. The videographer never made himself known to me or my husband on the day. I asked for the main focus of the video to be of our two daughters. When we received the first edit our daughters were no where to be seen! We had to ask for them to be put in the video. We also had a singing waiter which we also had to ask to be put into the video. In one part of the video he has filmed the ceiling! Really disappointed with this company, wish we had never booked a videographer.
