After a specific call with customer services whereby I asked whether they would be able to help me distinguish what labels I needed for my printer, which of course they could and even emailed my selection. The agent even went as far as researching my printer online whilst taking the call. The labels have arrived and won’t print/ don’t work.The company are refusing to give me a full refund as they want to charge a re-stocking fee. Very annoyed.

Great product and great customer service, I placed an order online which was followed through swiftly by e-mail to provide me with a proof of my design, once confirmed I received several communications informing me of each step until they arrived! Sadly I made a mistake and didn't quite order enough and need them urgently, I called and the sales person spoke to production, took my order and payment, then delivered them the next day!! Great company, highly recommend!
