Emma at Altitude guided me through a calming meditation and provided me with an empowering mantra to emotionally prepare me and relieve me of pre interview gitters! Her personal prepared approach to my needs made my nidra experience truly effective. I entered my interview confidence and with a sense of calmness, which is a new for me! Absolutely amazing experience, and Emma is so lovely!

There's only one word to describe my group Yoga Nidra session with Emma...AMAZING!! I have 2 chronic health conditions & Emma took the time to tailor the session to the pain and anxiety that comes with them. I feel so incredibly chilled and the pain I was experiencing before & at the start of the session has really calmed down. She has also got the most soothing voice, the session was just perfect. Emma, thank you, you're an angel xxx
