In less than a year I have had 3 faults with the stove fitted by this company and one instance where the whole of the ground floor was filled with smoke. The latter may have been my fault by incorrectly operating the stove but when I rang and asked for help no call back was received by the company. Today the nut on the door has fallen out and after 2 calls I have had no reply. The damper slider feel out a couple of months ago. After care service is non existent.

Initial quote was increased after starting the job and then left the job unfinished. They chased payment aggressively before completing the work and then when we phoned to to politely ask them to return and complete the job they hung up on us. Really disappointing. Look elsewhere for a good service.

Owner came to quote for fireplace installation. Was late and clearly under the influence of something. When asked to leave became abusive and aggressive. Later found out he is a convicted drunk driver with no licence, is well known to the police for a string of other offences.DO NOT USE!
