Visited today to shop ,I wanna say big massive thank you to all lovely friendly staff who is working in store , especially Tom and Chloe.

Standard Cex store, good availability of games, films and tech, staff are pleasant. Trade in prices are questionable but that's a franchise thing.

I like the shop it is very good but I bought a headset that does work but I need two headphone jacks (one for audio and one for mic)but PlayStation doesn’t have two jacks so I can’t use the microphone.This is very annoying because I’ve lost the receipt

Got some Xbox One games here. Good value for money. And a triple pack of 3 Bluray films, all in 3-D.

Should be zero stars! Horrendous values, poor service and sell’s damaged items.Purchased item, price tag was fetched to fill however due to price increase that day (that the staff had failed to update on price tag) it was insisted I pay the extra due to that mornings price increase. When questioned how is that acceptable, the guy with the long red hai said ‘well that’s how we work’ - horrendous attitude.Situation made even worse when a game that was purchased had to be returned the same day and rather than say straight away that there was no others there was an attempt to ‘buff’ out the obvious chip that was present on the disc (would have appreciated to have had this opportunity discussed rather than assumed given that I had paid for the game)Overall poor service and appalling values from the staff

Nice people, took in 4 old phones got a fair price for them.
