I popped in today to buy an electric toothbrush for a brother-in-law Christmas gift (not original I know).A young chap asked if he could help, I told him I was looking for electric toothbrush - they are upstairs he replied and started to follow me upstairs whilst tap tapping on a device (store info?) in his hand. Halfway upstairs he said - they are downstairs.Now I am an old bird" not so clever on stairs so after the effort of climbing halfway up - we turned around and traipsed back down. On the ground floor

Went in Weston store yesterday to buy a Samsung watch for my girlfriend for Christmas and was appalled at the attitude of the store manager, shocking customer service, I wasn’t going to go in here again as last Christmas the service was shoddy, so went elsewhere, but thought it was a one off how wrong I was, but the manager couldn’t care less that people were waiting it seemed above him to serve anyone, the lady who worked there offered us a further £10 off cos of his attitude she was clearly embarrassed will never set foot in this awful place again, I hope you buyers stay away and they go bust like Comet did.

The store manager could benefit from attitude management training. She made us feel unwelcome and were unhelpful. Other employees also seemed uncomfortable when interacting with her. We managed to resolve our issue online in 5 minutes, whereas we spent 30 minutes at the store with no resolution.

Had to look for a new mobile phone for my Dad because his phone was playing up. The assistant came to us and looked at his phone and spent time trying to get it to work before trying to sell us a new one. Very very helpful staff,couldn't do enough for us. We would like to thank Sammy very much for her excellent service, support help. Thank you Sammy and all at Currys Weston-super-Mare.

Ordered a tumble dryer online to collect from Weston Super Mare on Saturday 14th October as the website said it was available to collect the same day. Within half an hour received an email to say the order had been cancelled no explanation given why.I paid with a combination of gift vouchers and debit card. Payment was refunded instantly for the debit card £60. However, the gift cards weren’t, the gift cards came to a total of £300.I called customer service to find out where the gift cards were to be told that they would be refunded within 24 hours. However this was not true. I eventually received a refund on one gift voucher of £100 on Monday the 16th October. I have called customer service’s again today (Tuesday 17th) to find out where the other £200 voucher is to be told it can take up to 5 working days to be refunded.Nobody is interested in sorting the issue out. To make matters worse. I visited Currys store in Weston-super-Mare on Sunday, the 15th of October and was told that tumble dryers weren’t kept in stock there. It just feels I’ve been lied to from start to finish with the whole process. Very untrustworthy company, and I still don’t know if I’m going to get my £200 voucher back. Also have to wait even longer now to get a tumble dryer.

I am absolutely disgusted with Curry's Customer service! I ordered a dishwasher that we had to pay £20 for delivery for on Friday the 10th of November because we could not collect it from store. We were told at 5:30pm on Friday that they could not get to the delivery that day and would not be able to re-schedule the delivery until Monday the 13th. My partner has lost income taking time off work to wait for the delivery and we lost money paying someone to come and fit it that we had to cancel last minute. When we rang up customer service to see what they could do to expedite matters and to say that they should give us a narrower time slot as my partner will have to take more time off work, the customer service lady was unbelievably unhelpful and rude. If I spoke to a customer like that I would be sacked! We asked to speak to a manager and were promised a call the next day and no one called. I called back up not only because of that but because we had not had a text for the delivery confirmation on Sunday for Monday. I explained what happened and we were promised a call back in 1 hour with a manger. 2 hours later nothing. I called back up and was hung up on 3 times because it was too close to 6pm and so their employees could not be bothered to work until they are paid to. Not only am I complaining on here, and to the CEO, I am complaining to watchdog and the relevant authorities. Absolutely appalling! We have always bought our appliances through you but never again. Disgusting!

Would put minus stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting way we were treated. 3 customers in shop, 5-6 staff on the floor. Asked for help from one member of staff and told to “wait”. Walked around a bit then spoke to another member, said he was going on his break soon, went back up to counter to ask for help and was treated and spoken to in an extremely patronising way. Walked straight out never to return.
