To whom it may concern,I don't care about mortgages, loans or mobile phones so that one regarding credit score won't wash with me at all.I am speaking not only on my own behalf whilst I voice all of this, but also on the behalf of thousands of others - especially including those who are incapable, unwilling or unable to use their own voice and for those who do not have a voice.I do not wish to be rude and nor is that my intention - I am simply being honest... but I can do without the constant harassment and blackmail as I am also one hundred percent certain others that you are doing the same thing with can, too.As I previously mentioned I do not even have suitable drinking water and I haven't done for over a year now in fact it must be over two years, even getting onto three years or longer at this point!I would suggest for your department to re-think your approach strategies.Surely you have noticed from countless numbers of others that harassment, blackmailing, threats and intimidation are highly unappreciated as well as uncalled for.Maybe, next time before you choose to send out one of your generic emails or letters, stop and have a short think about how many people have committed suicide and taken their own lives because they cannot cope with 'bills' and the 'debt' that you place so much emphasis on - maybe you already have and clearly don't care otherwise you would be considering a change of career where you actually require a conscience.It is rather obvious, from the fact that you are all fully aware of how the majority of the general population are struggling to pay bills that your actions are doing nothing to help to alleviate this, but rather leading only to further exacerbate the current situation and add higher detriment to an already unfavourable set of characters.What do we do when there is no money left (for 'the bills') and everyone chooses ie. is forced, to stop paying all of these blatantly obviously unaffordable and extortionately, unrealistically priced bills? Only time will tell as I am certain you nor I have the answer and only the rich elite and 'powerful' pulling the puppet strings can know for sure.Would you allow your children or family to go cold and hungry all year round, especially in the winter months or would you choose to pay rich, greedy money grabbers for amenities that should be freely and accessibly available to all as a part of our basic human rights?There are millions of families and children all around the UK as well as globally that are forced to go cold and hungry, dying of starvation and disease alongside other contributing factors which are all either a direct consequence of (or indirect) related result of poverty and inequality across the globe. Every minute of every day a baby, child or adult will die because of the selfish impact of somebody else's financial power and greed.If you honestly think that people's priority is to pay bills and place these above their own health and livelihood, as well as their children's - then you are severely mistaken.I am fully aware that you are simply doing as you are told and following your job description, yet have you ever stopped to maybe think and consider what would happen if they had nobody to control or if you freed yourself from said puppet strings?On behalf of myself, my family and friends and the majority of the population and for the sake of the nation as a whole - please STOP harassing people and contributing to the overall problem.We need solutions to these problems, not more to add to the already exponentially existing ones.Yours truly forSincerely unapologetically forever speaking the truth and standing for human rights.
