I've been here three times now and I have zero negative feedback for Alice. It's always a relaxing experience and I leave with exactly what I asked for. A massage chair while having a relaxing head massage....perfect! I've been to a few salons in the area and Lavish has the edge.

Lavish is a real find. I have been going to Alice, the Director, for around a year - persuaded by my Mum who absolutely adores her (and has been going to Alice for a few years now). I am getting married in a few weeks and there was no second's hesitation when I thought about who would be doing my hair and my bridesmaids' on the day. She is super friendly, makes you feel totally at home and is an excellent stylist. She is so brave to have branched out on her own, and Lavish's 1 year anniversary is testament to the hardworking, amazingly talented and welcoming Alice. If you're looking for a Cheltenham hairdresser - Lavish is the place to go.

I decided to give Lavish hairdressing a go as the stylist had been recommended through a friend.The salon has a relaxed atmosphere tucked away from the main road but easy to park near to. I especially enjoyed the massaging chair which is on when you have your hair washed, very relaxing.I had a cut, colour and blowdry all done by Ali who is very friendly and professional. I am really pleased with my hair and the very reasonable price with 10% off for NHS workers. Will definitely be going back, fabulous!

Amazing stylist!!Lovely and extremely professional, as well as friendly and bubbly.Alice is amazing with my mixed hair type, and I have never left feeling less than amazing. She is amazing with children... even more so when it comes to fixing those moments when your daughter pinches scissors and chops her own hair.I recommend Lavish to anyone wanting a relxed, professional and outstanding service.Best way to find out... Brilliant colour correction with Sam. She took time up front to really understand what I wanted, gave me great advice about what was right for me, and talked me through every step of the process. This was exactly what I needed after a bad colour experience elsewhere. I felt I was in safe hands throughout and I'm delighted with the results. Thank you Sam!

Started using Alice @4mths ago, initially went as I couldn't get in to usual salon - needless to say I haven't returned to them. Alice has a wealth of knowledge & experience not just with hair - my next appt - a thread Eeek! Easy parking. Such a bubbly character & all round nice person.
