I have worked for Helping Hands Shipley for the past 18 months, I worked up from home care assistant to Care Coordinator and it was the best decision I have ever made.The Customers, Carers and Office staff are fantastic.I feel very lucky to be part of such an amazing team and look after our lovely customers.

I have worked for helping hands not very long but so far the management are spot on there always there if you need them you can call in office anyfor a chat and coffee really nice atmosphere very friendly people. The cares all seem lovely happy not looking half dead and run off youre feet . So I would recommend this helping hands to anybody that wants to work in ❤I love my job. Louise xx

Thank you seems so insignificant - your lovely ladies cared for my mother for 9 months and kept her company and safe in her own home - my sister and I will be forever grateful. She really enjoyed the visits. It was reassuring to know that Mum always had her medication and your ladies encouraged her to eat which meant her quality of life was better.

I have worked for helping hands in Shipley for just a couple of months and I couldn't be happier! The staff are so supportive and care about their employees. I've worked in care for a long time and I find this company is like no other. The work life balance is amazing and they genuinely care. The only regret I have is not joining this team sooner. All my customers tell me they're happy with the care provided and wouldn't change. This will definitely be my forever job.
