I don't live in Lindley any longer so not been for ages however it's such a shame as I used to go here for my spray tans. Always perfect. Just what I wanted and not only that but staff are lovely aswell. I also bought some gorgeous pieces of jewellery too.

Had a male manicure at concepts today with Lana. I’ve never had this done before but it was absolutely perfect! Lana went above and beyond to give me the best first time experience and it was lovely talking to her. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Have been coming to Concepts for years and have always felt so relaxed and welcomed. The staff are amazing, always friendly and helpful and do a fantastic job. Huge thanks to Nikki, Franca and Andrea in particular.

I had an incredible back, scalp and face massage combined with a facial. It was one of the most wonderful, healing and restorative experiences of my life. I was greeted by the charming Franca, who was my therapist for the day. I filled in a questionnaire describing my skincare routine and my expected outcome from the session. I was then taken to a comfortable, relaxing and spotlessly clean private therapy room with twinkling fairy lights and calming soft music. Franca discussed with me my skincare routine, gave me some useful tips and helped me choose the products for her to use during the session. I was instantly won over by Franca's highly professional but also very friendly and warm approach. I lay on an incredibly comfortable, heated massage bed, which made me melt with pleasure and relaxation. Franca first worked on my back, then on my face and scalp. She examined my face carefully in order to assess the condition of my skin and identify any problem areas. The magical touch of her gentle and skilled hands sent me to a different dimension. I could have happily stayed in that blissful state forever. At the end of the session, Franca gave me some more skincare advice and offered me a glass of water. She gave me a loyalty card with which I can have a discount once I have collected ten stamps. I'm so grateful to the magnificent Franca and the rest of the highly professional and friendly staff. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Concepts.

Went here to have my feet done as a Christmas present from my wife. As you might expect it's a very female environment but I was immediately made to feel comfortable and welcome.Treatment carried out by Linda was surprisingly pleasant and she did a very thorough job. It's something I always felt was a good idea but probably would never have got round to organising for myself. I will definitely be going back.
