Friendly staff. Had eyelash extensions, wanted classics, glued my eyelids together. Eyes were streaming. Used too much glue for a fan and attached it to at least 3 lashes. The middle of both eyes have massive clumps of glue. Got me to to hold a fan as so much glue was used needed to dry it. Unfortunately won’t be going again.

Definitely not a good experience. I hesitate to leave a bad review as it may affect someone's job, but I want customers to make a wise decision for themselves. I had a lash extension treatment at this company and I felt super painful during the treatment. Literally my tears came off. I had eyelash extensions before at another salon and did not feel any pain at all. I let the staff know about it and she acknowledged it. She felt sorry and offered a free infill. But i dont think i will come back.Besides, she kept putting tools near the pillow, which kept touching my ear and made me feel uncomfortable.I am quite suspicious that the staff used scissors to cut my lashes because my lashes is obviously shorter after the extensions are gone.
