Good service and friendly staff

Just want to say that the staff in store were very helpful, got a lovely necklace for my mum this year. It was beautifully gift wrapped as well. They had sent me a few pictures over Instagram which was very helpful as I could not call into the stores until Christmas EveHowever In the run up to buying it, I had been trying to phone the store several time & got directed to the call centre who said they would return my phone calls (they never returned any of them), so that was very frustrating.Would be great to see Mercers getting their website up to date & being able to see the full range there , as it would make things a lot easier when picking out items. I don't think the FB/Instagram does what is available full justice

Went to get links removed from a watch. Cost £15 and took over an hour just for it not to fit and told to come back another day

Went into look around on a Saturday afternoon, as I am a local Enniskillen girl, and like to support my local businesses... my mother saw a ring that she would have liked to have seen out of the window.... we stood and waited for one of the four members of staff to greet us or speak to us... BUT NO! they ignored us and spoke among themselves..... not one girl asked us if we needed help... I will NEVER step foot in this store or recommend it to anyone again

Delighted with Jonathan's assistance in acquiring my new watch. Less than 48 hours from my initial enquiry, the piece in question was couriered to me for inspection.Needless to say, I think we both knew, it wouldn't return to Enniskillen.I hope to do business again.. after a wee break!
