had as a gift from Groupon i have constantly been calling to arrange an appointment but they never answer. They only provide a mobile number that has an answerphone on. My voucher is only valid for 4 months. This company is DODGY ..DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them

Very disgusting people even manager and staff they took my £750 and now not responding to book appointment. Never took your child to them if you want to make your child as best modle .they just want to make money. They just sweet poison to theft money from client.

My sister bought me a groupon voucher to have a Mac experience photoshoot for my birthday, I have been trying for 4 months to redeem this voucher with the woman constantly saying that she is either out of the office or unable to book at the moment and will phone me back. I have been waiting for a call back with continuous calls back to the company with no reply. Phoned her today as my voucher is about to expire and she rudely said to me that I will not be able to redeem my voucher as she is out of the office and the voucher will expire. Will be taking this further, very rude and obnoxious.

Wouldn’t even rate them 1 star!! I brought this for my friend for Christmas since then we have been trying to liaise with the company about redeeming it. We have called around 5 times now trying to arrange a date. Not only is the women extremely rude but there is always an excuse, she’s either not in the office, can’t book appointments in any other month except the one we’re in (which is difficult for us as we work full time and need to plan ahead). She has also promised 3 times to call us back the next day, and we have never heard from her. It’s not about the money for me, it’s about the principle, I brought this for my childhood friend so we could have some lovely photos together and this is the service we received. I think groupon need to take this offer off of their website ASAP as it is ripping people off!!!

Did a photoshoot for my daughter and her big sister in April 17. Paid £70 towards the pictures and due to financial issues I could not get the money together for the rest being another £150 . I'm a single mom and at the time money was tight but felt obligated to purchase a package . Since then I have contacted them to say I had the money and would like to buy the pics . They did say they would look and after a few messages to them.had no reply. My 7 year old daughter keeps asking for the pictures.

We've had a family photoshoot at Myphotography today . Service was amazing . Makeup artist Satti has done great job with my wife's hair and makeup .Photographer was really professional and she was good with our child. We got great photos in the end . Ashlee (manager) was very friendly and we never felt pressured to buy the photos .We bought our photos as we loved them and price was reasonable compare to other studios we've been too .Very professional through out . I would definitely come back and recommend this studio to every one . ThankYou

I came here as a model, even though I had to wait a bit for my shoot, regardless I had a wonderful experience. The photographer did a wonderful job. My photos were amazing!!! and I was able to use them to get jobs as a start up model.
