Just bought a baguette from the coop hockley . Dry and stale . Not impressed . During lock down can’t even take it back for a refund . Very disappointing .

I always smell deliciously baked bread throughout the day walking past the part of Billericay. Glengarry have tasty freshly made sandwiches and bread, great for lunches with the option to visit them directly at their small shop behind the factory. The staff are very friendly!

It's a wholesaler but their Belgium buns are just the very very best in Essex forget the store dry buns. Lucky me can get them from a local cafe 3 minutes by car from my house, now having one a day 4 days a week. Can't be beaten.

Recently ordered 50 loaves of farmhouse bread for an event, and glengarry did not dissapoint! The bread was absolutely delicious and everyone wanted more. Loaves were beautifully soft, but still easy to slice ourselves. Very kind staff who helped me to load the bread into my van. Will definitely be using this bakery again next time I have a bulk order for bread! Brilliant price too, works out a lot cheaper than the super markets.
