It was hot , music too loud and some ignorant vape smoker in the busy maggie mays was not pleasant . The positive was ..first visit since re vamp .improvement is much more seating .

Really nice Sunday Afternoon/Evening...Tapas & Motown, what a combination!! Chefs, Pancho & Diego (father & son) served us up some Rosada Frita with a Portuguese Pesto Sauce and the wonderful Meatballs (Albondigas) Patatas Fritas, Mojo Rojo & Aioli Dips...KEEP THE TASTE

Great bar staff and door staff, Friendly and welcoming. I would recommend for a private function. Good service and the catering was spot on.

Disclaimer: this is my dad's bar.Honest review though. I'd previously stayed clear of this venue, believing it an older person's bar" and I'm also not really great with crowded spaces these days and on previous visits it felt tightly packed around the barI'd been on a night out at the comedy club on a Friday night and thought we'd nip in for one round.We ended up staying the entire night as the DJ player banger after banger of Soul

Left here after bouncer told one in our group to stop dancing round him. He wasn't dancing round him he was dancing in a space 5 feet away we felt he was just out to cause trouble ( the bouncer) so we left. We sat to the right of the door area and other people was dancing and enjoying themselves but the black guy decided he dident like the male in our group so we left.
