Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire

On the route 20 and 21, the busses drive for five minutes, stop and sit there for ten minutes, repeat that over and over. Then swap drivers and spend half an hour gabbing. STUPID BLOODY IDIOTS.

This company is a joke supposed to be a public service. They must cancel more buses than run. For the past two weeks solid they cancel between 1530 and 1600 two buses at least. Why do I even pay £19 a week for this kind of service. Joke of a company. Please someone at Arriva look into starting a service on the East Lancs and Moorfield I will certainly use you buses than this joke of a public service.

OMG,at 13.45 today bus NO 11104 travelling through Kensington onto Prescot St liverpool jumped a Red light in front of 4 lanes of traffic we all breaked and beebed our horns and he just give us all the finger.he has been reported and anyone with dashcam please send to merseyside police also STAGECOACH.

Card machines don’t work and most male drivers are so rude.

Shame there late most time and when there late or don’t turn up all u get from last driver not my fault if a bus don’t turn up the next bus should be free

Not sure what it is about these drivers all being really moody and outright nasty sometimes. The city centre drivers all seem sound, especially on the 19's 14A's etc - especially as they'd be the more stressful routes travelling in and out of town. The quieter routes like the 227 and 217 have the worst drivers, it seems. 1 or 2 are alright, but some I habitually get snarled at by when boarding and alighting. Customer service is just shocking a lot of the time.As for the service - not bad during the day. Of an evening though, the buses virtually stop for the rest of the day in Kirkby. Most turn in to hourly and you can expect to sit there at Kirkby bus station for an hour or more after 5:30pm.Buses are due to change across Merseyside on 04/09/22, including many stagecoach routes so hopefully an increase in service of an evening and Sundays / bank holidays.
