AVOID!!!! REFUSED TO PAY !!!I had to take him to Court and then he paid within minutes!!!The absolute worst!I had to take them to court to get what he owed me.He (the director) who writes the emails and comes across very polite, gave me a sob story for months on end. When I mentioned Court he told me I don’t stand a chance because of the small print in his email his lawyers wrote for him!!!!!I have worked as an interpreter and translator for 20 years and this (Steve Kent - director) was the worst person I have ever had the displeasure to be contacted and contracted by.

We used Papillon Translations to translate a number of our case management systems in German and Spanish. I can honestly say that the experience of working with Steve and his team was very positive. They are very professional, helpful, and we completely trust them. We have a number of other system implementations that require translations and will not think of any other company to handle our translation needs.
