I bought a used vehicle from this dealership the end of Feb 2023 with a 6 month warranty. From the get go, the auto start/stop function did not work even after 2 runs to Heathrow with the notification of low battery. So I took it in to be checked only to be told that this is not covered by the warranty and would charge me. I expressed my disappointment as I took delivery of the car in this condition and did not feel the charge to be justified. The car was checked in by a helpful attendant, Gokberk who said that he would speak to management. I collected the car later that day and that the car was checked out and only to find that there would be no charge. That now is good service and worthy of a mention with thanks and congratulations going to Gokberk for flying the flag. I'll be back!

We hired a VW Polo for a week. The vehicle was ready to go on our arrival. Excellent service, great value for money and the whole experience was fuss-free. Would highly recommend Prestige Cars and happily use them again.

DEFINITELY NOT PRESTIGE CUSTOMER SERVICEMy daughter purchased a car a year ago, no issues in the initial purchase process. Very happy with the car.A week after purchasing I called and asked about a service plan for the car, was advised that systems were down and they couldn't offer a quote. They took my details and said they would call back, I'm still waiting.My daughter receives an e-mail this week regarding her car tax being up for renewal, my daughter checks and can't find the ownership registration document. She goes online and discovers the last registration document for the vehicle was issued in July 2021.She then contacts Prestige Cars, only to discover they hadn't sent the change of registration document to the DVLA.12 months, shocking....

AVOID.I purchased a car here earlier this year. After I purchased the car I was told there was a fault with the alloy and this would be replaced the following week. They did not come and replace this for six weeks. In the interim, the front number plate fell off the car where it hadn’t been attached properly, and both sets of key batteries needed replacing within the first two weeks of having the car. I had an issue with the car two weeks out of warranty and no one in the company was willing to help. I paid for the vehicle to be recovered there, when they kept the car for a week. They advised me they didn’t know what was wrong with the car and would get it recovered to Mercedes for me. I called them after the weekend and finally got through to them Monday evening when they advised me they would not help me get my car to the Mercedes garage. After getting my car recovered they called me asking for a payment of £90 as they had “diagnosed” the fault with my car, however didn’t know what was wrong with it.The car was repaired at the Mercedes garage and cost £1000, I was advised that the fault was likely there when I purchased the vehicle. This company has taken no ownership for the fault when I had been nothing but understanding with previous issues with the car. Once they have your money they couldn’t care less about you. The management has an absolutely disgusting attitude and I would highly recommend avoiding this place!

Customer care is brilliant, first visit had a bit of a wait but was welcomed and given a cuppa. Wait time was reasonable as I was earlier than expected but Steve still apologised for the delay (no need, but appreciated).I hired a sweet little Polo VW, surprisingly for a smaller car it still had plenty of room, my 6ft+ son was comfortable and didn't look like we'd wedged him in! It was quite economical, only needed 1 fill up then a little top up, to return at end of hire period.Steve Jones, the sales/support assistant could not have done more or been more helpful. He really is a star. Once I explained my situation he came up with a car that fit my needs and was affordable. I was able to extend my hire period as I needed to, which has been very useful. Steve explained the whole hire process and didn't rush through it, made sure I was comfortable with it and understood what I was signing. Once out to the car, Steve talked me through where and what the controls are for, checked if I had any more questions,then left me to it! just inside if I need anything! '.Not hiring cars very often it was nice to be able to get this level of service

Very fast transaction to take my deposit for when I am buying their car but very slow at giving refund on my deposit. Could have spoken to me nicely like when you did the car was being sold to me. When I talked about refund wasn't understanding of where I was coming from at all.A non refundable deposit if I didn't buy the car... but I did buy the car so why am I being treated like I'm stupid for asking where my deposit refundwas?.

I have just purchased a car through Patrick at Peter Cooper Prestige Cars Hedge End. What a truly superb experience!! I cannot thank Patrick enough the whole experience was straight forward, they did every thing they said they were going to do and more. It was an absolute pleasure to buy my vehicle from them. Thank you Patrick, you are a gentleman and a credit to your company.

Only focus on getting the sale and customer service after that point is non existent. Bought a car in July 2022, was told that they had to order a parcel shelf and I would receive a call in 3 weeks to either collect it or get it delivered. That call was never received and I then chased this up on a few occasions, was always told they will look into it and call back. My back windscreen then got smashed and broken into in December 2022, I had my Apple Watch, AirPods, and work phone stolen and this was likely down to not having a parcel shelf. I called them again after this happened, got 0 empathy for the situation and just said I would again get another call back. It has now been nearly a year since I purchased the car and I’m still yet to receive my parcel shelf. I’ve had to buy a new windscreen, replace my work phone (£300) and I can’t even get a call back. Absolutely ridiculous!

Second time with them yesterday with no booking and i am absolutely amazed about their promptness, professionalism and effectiveness. I do recommend.Mark, thank you (mulțumesc), you are always kind and ready to help. Well done all!!!
