A friend recommended Victor to me and I’m so glad she did. I noticed an improvement after my first visit and things are continuing to improve. Victor uses a number of different treatments and takes the time to listen and explain. Importantly he also helps you to help yourself. I would highly recommend him.

I saw Victor over a back related pain that I could not isolate. I have seen many Chiropractors and Physios over the years but he was singularly the most compassionate and thorough. I cannot recommend highly enough.Victor has continued to help me and my family. He is extremely thorough and generous with his time and has also now looked after my wife and 9 year old daughter. He does what is needed and keeps us healthy through adjustment and exercise to acupuncture and massage. Excellent.

Since seeing Victor, I not only feel physically better but also more confident in how to go about looking after my body in general. He really helped me with back pain which, it turns out, seems to be largely caused by asthma as I discovered after Victor assessed my back and had a look at my breathing. He also gave me some exercises to go away and do at home and I believe these are going to be really beneficial for me. During our session he enthusiastically gave me tips and advice on how to just generally look after the joints and muscles of your body which I think are not only really helpful and useful, but also display how passionate Victor is about his profession.He is very professional and has a really lovely manner which put me at ease, and had me enjoying chatting to him. I would thoroughly recommend if you have any muscle or joint issues to go and see Victor!

Victor is a quality professional on our doorsteps here in North Brighton. My wife (including during pregnancy) and I have visited him numerous times with various physical issues and always been very pleased with treatment, advice and results. He is also a thoroughly nice guy. Couldn't recommend him any more highly.

I contacted Victor as was in a lot of pain with my neck to see if so could get an urgent appointment, he responded very quickly especially as it was Sunday. He kindly saw me within 48 hours. He was very thorough explaining what he was doing as he was going. I am pleased to say I am completely pain free since I have seen him. I only saw his sign whilst out walking one day but I am so glad I did, I will definitely see him again and would recommend.

Victor was an amazing help when my back suddenly went. He fitted me in straight away and eased my pain with various techniques. He is very knowledgeable and skilled but also helps you with ideas and techniques to manage the problem yourself longer term which is extremely useful. Victor was recommended to me by my partner after I hurt my lower back, i aggravated it, even more by going for a jog, I thought this would loosen things up a bit, how wrong was I?,the Following morning I was unable to walk down the stairs. I also could not stand for more than five minutes at a time. The pain shooting down my lower back into my leg was horrendous.My partner called Victor and she was able to get me an appointment the next day,In the past I have visited many different osteopath/Cairo practitioner but Victor was completely differentConsidering my partner had to help me out of her car and I limped into Victor clinic,after chatting for a while he knew exactly what the problem was, and went straight to work”OMG” he manipulated the stubborn muscle and instantly eased my pain, after a hour treatment, I was able to stand upright and walk very slowly to the car, I rested for the rest of the day , The morning I couldn’t believe it I could walk downstairs and by later afternoon I no longer had a limp,I have continued to do the stretching exercises that Victor had suggested and I’m happy to say my back and leg feels great.Many thanks Victor from a very client

Victor treated me for long standing neck pain caused by too many hours hunched in front of a laptop. Through a combination of massage, acupuncture, and a range of stretch and strengthening exercises, Victor managed to fix the issue.Victor is very friendly and engaging, and clearly has a vast knowledge of how best to treat your aches and pains.I would highly recommend Victor, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Had a problem with not being able to lift my arm without pain & thought to begin with I'd pulled a muscle in my upper arm. As the pain persisted decided to see Victor for treatment as my partner had seen him previously for a back problem.On my first visit Victor pin pointed the problem to be in my shoulder and explained exactly how the pain was being caused. He has used acupuncture, manipulation of the damaged area & massage to treat my injury and promotes self treatment by suggesting several exercises for me to do daily. I'm pleased to say that after seeing Victor 3-4 times and doing my exercises that my shoulder is now well on its way to full recovery.I cannot recommend Victor enough. He is an extremely nice man, professional & knowledgeable. He does not charge an extortionate amount for treatment and best of all does not agree with the practice that any other chiropractor I've ever seen seems to of making you feel as though you really need to keep coming back for treatment at an ever increasing cost.As previously said I have no hesitation in highly recommending Victor for any treatment.
