Wonderful help to choose a very badly needed new bed could not fault the assistant lady at shop. Only had one night in new bed but feels good.

Very helpful when choosing a new bed for our son. Pointed out the pros and cons of the beds we picked out and even when my husband changed his mind again she was very patient. Definitely go back again.

Appalling service.Ordered a bed base and bedside table, was told they had express delivery on the bed we chose, then when they checked available delivery dates they couldn't deliver for 2 weeks. This was fine, the 2 week wait was acceptable to us. 2 days before the delivery they emailed and text to say that everything was on track to recieve my items and gave a 2 hour time slot. The next day, recieved a phone call to say they hadn't actually got the items from the supplier so couldn't deliver. I complained that they shouldn't actually text with a delivery date and time when they're not actually in possession of the order. Apologies were given and I was told I would be called later in the week with a new date. The next day still recieved update texts to say the delivery drivers had my item and would see me soon!! Later that week delivery was rescheduled for the following week, again recieved all the texts and emails, delivery would be between 7am and 9am... At 8am I recieved a phone call yet again cancelling the delivery due to drivers being off sick. Yet the tracking information showed the drivers to be 10 minutes from me in the next town over... I refused the next offered delivery date, again was told someone would contact me and again they didn't. Finally recieved my items this morning. Absolute joke. Have purchased from them before with no issues, but this has truly dampened my opinion of them and wouldn't recommend or buy from again.

I’m always wary about going in bed shops but bensons for bed we’re great they wasn’t at all pushy went out his way to find the right bed we we looking for very good customer service very knowledgeable a great experience would definitely recommend

The sales rep there (white lady with glasses) was absolutely rude to me. I came into the store and she was watching a movie and couldn’t care less. Was absolutely rude to me in front my GF. Whoever is in charge here please this woman that works Samsara
