AVOID! Purchased a boxed truckle selection after seeing an email deal sent by them. Perfect for a Christmas present as it mentioned all cheeses were 2024 dates. Ordered. Found 2 that weren't 2024 dates. Contacted them. They fobbed me off and said we'll give you a % off your next order. I wasn't happy with that as my chosen cheese wasn't being sent, and mentioned false date advertising in their email. They sent me 2 new cheeses in question and promised they would be 2024 dates. They arrived and they both were. Unfortunately one cheese wasn't what I had originally ordered and it had been substituted. I emailed them again. They said, sometimes this happens if orders can't be fulfilled. I still wasn't happy. They said they'd send out the correct truckle but it'd probably be in a weeks time. I was happy to wait as this is a gift and wanted it to be right. A week went by, nothing. Contacted them. Instead they refunded me. No chosen cheese afterall.I should avoid this company as orders can be substituted without your liking and faced with poor customer service from Cindy and the packing team.I will not be using again!

Ive bought this cheese in person before at Kingston market and highly rate the cheese. However this year the deals were better online, so naturally ordered a large order 10 days before Xmas, thinking it'll be don't easily and quickly... Wrong... The first order was delayed by 5 days initially with little communication. I enquired about it and a replacement was sent. Excellent, still a few days to go, no worries. Then all communication went dark no parcel no replies to my calls or emails. Chased up with the courier, the issues lay with them, but the total lack of communication with APC was dreadful and still no reply 11 days on from Lymn bank farm cheese company. Still no cheese. I highly recommend not using this company for online purchases, they cannot deal with business online it seems.

Love love love the Lymn Bank Cheeses. Me and the husband are working through the different flavours as we speak. I would give 5* but find the website not so user friendly. Trying to get things into your basket and head to the checkout is quite frustrating (on my mobile) However I cannot fault the fast delivery and great quality products. So glad we stumbled across your cheese!

We absolutely love the cheese!I have bought our first box before xmas at markets. Since then I keep ordering quite regularly!Cheese always taste great, love the different flavours and textures!Not to mention the speedy posting!

Just received an order of cheese placed a week ago, no notification of shipping, opened the box to find half the items I ordered substituted without any attempt to contact me, nor any kind of note placed with the order, to make matters worse the cheese that i was planning to give some of to a relative with problems with their hands was replaced with cheese in a waxed truckle which they will struggle to open. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! will NOT be using you again.

Thought I’d have some port & cheese to see in the new year.I decided to accompany the port with your charcoal cheddar. It was one of best cheeses I have ever tasted & soon turns creamy in the mouth. Looking forward to the Red Leicester!

My daughter sent me a box of these cheeses and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. They are extra creamy and way beyond anything you could buy in a supermarket for both taste and texture.A british product of the best kind.

I've been buying from Lynn Bank Farm at food festivals for ages; Truckles and Logs.I'm so pleased they are doing home delivery during Covid restrictions.We had another delivery today and were doing a 'happy dance' around the lounge. It's the little things!Now have a pot of chilli jam and cowboy candy cooking, a fantastic accompaniment to their cheeses.Their customer service is fantastic, they can never be accommodating enough.Thank you all so much.
