Seriously? Is it a coat after the cleaning? Especially when they did “exclusive” cleaning and took highest price for that. When I told that I’m not happy with the results, the woman started to screaming on me and waving her hands just in front of my face. I’m disappointed.

I've had mostly good experience with this dry cleaner over the past 6 months. The prices are better than most others, but more importantly they do a decent job on my shirts. Be careful with ties, you might want a more high end cleaners for special items like that. They cleaned my ties ok, but the pressing process left them not quite properly shaped.Have used their tailoring service and it was ok. I'd recommend the tailors nearby on Crawford instead. But for ordinary cleaning at a good price, I certainly recommend.

I brought 2 linen shirts to wash and iron, and when I got back my clothes one of the two was completely ripped on the shoulder. The lady at the desk was more than unpolite, and was saying that they had to check the security cameras at the factory to see if one of the workers actually torned the shirt, otherwise it was my responsibility.

Zahid is a lovely guy. Always polite and friendly. He txts you when your items are ready and the price is better than most places in the area. It's a shame there are bad reviews, as I've never had a problem. He even dry cleaned my top twice for free because he wasn't happy with the results!

Customer for more than 3 years. Recently stained/damaged a shirt, and refused to take any responsibility to get it fixed. The women working the counter became outright hostile and abusive over a single shirt. Avoid if you value customer service and common civility.
