Booked at 5:30 for a 6:20 pick up for a £15 journey. Stood around waiting, tried calling and no answer (conveniently) presuming there was a bigger fare but would rather have been told than have to wait. Thankfully Handsome cabs came to the rescue, yes they were more expensive but no point luring people in with cheap prices if you don’t turn up.

Booked for half 5 didn’t even turn up kept being told 10 mins 5 mins but nothing absolute joke of a service not first time either think sue needs to get her times right and be on time at this rate she have no business terrible customer service

Spoke to a man and asked for a quote, provided accurate collection and destination information. Agreed a not insignificant price. Taxi arrived on time. Arrived safe enough only to be told the price was higher due to travelling further and a very disingenuous apology. Would not use again.

Booked taxi for 8am made it quite clear that it was for a doctor appointment at 8.25am I'm disabled and even though the doctors is a 10 min walk for a healthy able bodied person only about a mile from my house I'm unable to get there any other way than by taxi. TAXI DID NOT ARRIVE I ended up having to rearrange the appointment which is now in a week time. Tried calling Sue's twice left a message first time at 8.06am then didn't leave message second call then final call left message to say they had not turned up and don't bother now. It's now 8.34am. Also was quoted £2.30 higher than other taxis charge.

Probably the most unreliable taxi service I’ve come across , made me late on my wedding meal and kept telling me they were definitely on their way and turned up 45 minutes late …. Unfortunately had to try book with these again a month later due to no others available, booked for 5.30 , after several calls to them to find out where they were she kept telling me he’s on his way & at 6.10 told me they can’t make it until 8.30 pm and put phone down on me . Never use this service !!!!

Booked taxi to and from Birmingham airport. Journey going was fine car arrived a few minutes early tho not the lady driver we were expecting we paid the driver for both journeys and gave a generous tip.Arrived back early hours of the morning exactly at the time we expected no taxi waiting gave it 15 minutes then rang the taxi company only to go to answer machine left a message after waiting an hour with numerous phone calls which no one answered and no return calls from messages left we booked into a hotel for the night. After a few hours sleep we again tried taxi company still getting same message service we then rang a family member to come collect us. When we finally got to speak to someone they didn’t even know we had not been collected an apology was given and we were told if we could provide receipts for expenses occurred they would refund us after the said receipts were sent via email we then heard nothing after 4 days we again contacted the company another apology given and told the money would be in our account on the following Monday as the person dealing with it only did that type of work on Mondays. No great surprise no money arrived on the Monday yet another email then told we would have it by midnight on Wednesday I’m not going to lie I did not expect this to happen but true to their word we got a full refund on the Wednesday.I’m sorry to say that for a small local business their service was shocking whilst I like to support small local firms I certainly will not use this one again.

Let a friend of mine down.An elderly lady with health issues was stood in the pouring rain.She phoned more than once never answered the phone .If I could award no stars I would.Shame on you !I’m surprised that you are still in business!
