Great service, great mechanicsWouldn't take my vehicle any where else

I rang up to see if I can get my car (E220) booked in for diagnostics as I have an engine management light on. I went through the issues I was having and the code showing on my OBD reader. I was then was put on hold whilst the person on the phone went to check. Was then told that the garage is full with passenger cars so they won’t be able to fit me in. I clarified that does that mean today or not at all. He said not at all. I was baffled that a garage would not want to take on a customer due to the work that it may involve. Although I’m glad that I avoided now, rather than being told they can’t fix the car once booked in.

Mother battery in my Mercedes gave up, phoned the garage and took the key. They brought it back to the garage, and put it on charge. They phoned to say it needed a new battery. Got it all sorted, great custom and friendly, helpful staff.
