As always a top service. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and recently bought a great road bike. There were a couple of minor and common issues with at after riding for 3 months. Took it down today and they fixed the issues on the same day and no extra cost. Its great customer service that gives you confidence to buy all your bikes and gear from them. Only problem is explaining to my wife next time I spend a few lots of money on another road bike. Great products and brilliant staff. Friendly environment where you can even just call in for a natter.

Always followed and watched when you go up stairs like your going to steal somthing. (Maybe I just have that look)But makes you feel so uncomfortable.Bought two bikes from here in past and lots of accessories which have been great though.

Arguably the best customer service I have ever received.I had been hunting around locally for the bike of my choice for sometime however eventually found it over 200 miles away from where I live, in the South.I wanted to take advantage of the cycle to work scheme which I thought would make the whole transaction complex given the distance.Those fears were laid to rest when Topmark took care of everything, including the courier service to deliver the bike to me at a small extra cost.Could not be happier with the whole experience.Well done Mark, Sharon and the rest of the team. You were all truly brilliant.

Recently purchased a Giant Propel Advanced 1 disc from Topmark Cycles, Barrow-in-Furness. Travelled a considerable distance to collect and found a real gem of a cycle store. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, very accommodating and provided a service second to none, including a follow-up courtesy call. Despite the distance, I will definitely be returning, and I would urge others to give them a try.

A great bicycle shop. Called Friday morning and even though the workshop was full up with work they squeezed my sons chain replacement in. Much appreciated guys. The gent I spoke to was a pleasure to deal with. Old school friendliness - Chapaeu.

Picked my bike up yesterday after a service and maintenance. Wow! It's like a brand new bike. Thank you so much. Excellent service and communication. Will definitely be back and hopefully my bike won't be in such a troubled state next time!
