Bought a Volvo XC60 from the Nottingham branch who made it so easy. Can't recommend Chris Rattican and Bailey enough.Made me feel completely at ease about my purchase and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need.Had a bit of an issue after the purchase but Chris sorted it out really quickly.Thanks guys.

So after driving nearly 4 hours to get to carestore to collect our Nissan Duke we were warmly welcomed with coffee and biscuits on arrival. Chris the manager and Niranga the salesman were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very professional and efficient. They went above and beyond and couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend. I am happy with the smooth sales process and the staff - Hugh from the Shrewsbury Branch is very helpful and customer-minded. 5 stars. During the process, some staff members were also helpful, though some may not do what they have promisedThen all the after-sales service are mostly handled at the Nottingham Store.For the car, there have been 3 main problems since bought , and it is still under warranty. The problems include light indicator, battery and engine. Though it has the 123 check and alleged the battery has been replaced, the battery should not have problems with charging so quickly when it is so newly bought /replaced.The servicing is fine but the staff members are not returning the call and the wait is long so either I am forced not to use the car with problem or just keep it at home plus there is no courtesy car available. Besides, separating the diagnosis and the repair/replacement step just makes things slower and worse as it makes much sense that car-owners need their car to commute daily.I just hope the staff will return my call tomorrow (Need to wait for the authorisation from Shrewsbury, but today they said they do not know anything about this before I post comment here! )and get my car book in again.Therefore, overall 1 star for the quality of the car and the service and wait.Update: the part has not arrived since last Wednesday and I urge to get my vehicle book in first in order to be in the queue so that the work will not be dragged later. However, the staff (service.followup) I contacted after they responded to this review has not been able to help me schedule the time for the replacement work. I shall have to call them to try my luck tomorrow.I have called the Nottingham branch 3 times just now and no one answered my call. My car has been left there over night as the staff said the car still has the engine light on after the sensor has been replaced.I would like to know if I can get back my car today if it is repaired. Otherwise, I am requesting a courtesy car today.Please respond. Thank you.Update: My car was serviced for two days and was picked up on Thursday but the engine light is back on again on Friday (04/08/2023).As the car's fault has not been fixed after several diagnoses and services in these 2 months (problems including left indicator problem, battery and engine) , It is really frustrating that I have to take the car in and out the garage plus I need to book for diagnose first then queue again for service. Totally time-wasting.It is unacceptable to purchase a goods with fault , not to mention it is a car for daily safe commute.I believe the service team could have done better to fix this good car.However, the car is still returned to me with problem.That means the loop has to go on unless I break it by asking for a refund.It is very disappointing that the benefit of buying from a big car dealership doesn't guarantee a car sold without issues or the service team may not have done their best to solve problems.I have given it and your Store opportunities to rectify the issues but in vain. I insist that I can have a refund when the car is sold faulty and is still under warranty.Last but not least, I am not sure if the car has really been checked or repaired or replaced with the sensors and air filter as told. Another garage told me that is the sensor problem. If that has really been changed, why is the engine light on again? They also advise other possibilities, in that case, I believe the Nottingham service could have done all these to return a usable car to me.As a piece of suggestion, it would be better to be given an official document or receipt stating what jobs have been done after the service even though I /the customer did not have to pay for it and perhaps I /they can take the car to the local garage for checks.I hope this matter can be resolved soon. Overall, buying a car from CarStore is not something I would recommend at this point as the car is not ready for sales.

I USED to think purchasing a car was hard work and nerve racking. But thank you to Kiam and his team it was a breeze. I couldn’t thank Kiam enough for the lengths he went to so I could drive my new car away the same day!! Thank you again!! Oh and the coffee is amazing!!
