We've been delighted with the architectural designs on our two storey wrap around extension. Hayden and his team considered every bit of detail, introducing ideas and architectural touches that we would never have thought of. It has resulted in the property having a real wow factor that has gone far beyond our expectations. Hayden has been honest and honourable throughout the process and we're very grateful to HAC Designs for all their work.

We chose HAC to help us with design and planning permission for converting our loft in our detached house. The ambition was to get 2 good sized rooms and a bathroom. We wanted to stack the staircase to avoid sacrificing a bedroom on the first floor. Hayden and team came up with couple of options that met our requirements. They helped us with planning permission including bat surveys. The builder was appreciative of the comprehensive and detailed nature of their drawings which helped with accurate pricing and fast tracked construction. They went the extra mile and supported us with building control requirements as well. The holistic support from Hayden and team was invaluable for us as they did the chase and kept us informed of progress which was God send as both my wife and I lead a busy professional life. Hayden and the team have recently drawn plans and completed the build on an annex we have added to our house. From the first point of contact, Hayden has been wonderful. He was very understanding of our lack of knowledge and took so much time explaining things to us. Hayden visited us throughout and was always at the end of a call/email if needed.Spencer from the build team was equally wonderful. He is a real problem solver and with any issue that arose, he had a quick and easy solution. Spencer visited daily during the build to update us so we always knew what was happening.I would highly recommend HAC to anyone who is looking to for an architect/builder, especially those who have never had any work done before. These guys will hold your hand and guide you through the whole process!!

Please avoid HAC Designs at all cost!They made mistakes on my planning application which caused refusal and delay of my project. I tried to contact them many times to find a solution but they completely ignored all my calls and messages.Had to take this matter to solicitor, the director Hayden agreed to refund by 3 instalments. However, he only paid first instalment, the other ones have been due for over a month now. My solicitor was chasing him but again he just ignored. We are escalating this matter to court. Please avoid this company if you don’t want any troubles.

I am very pleased with the service received from HAC! After speaking to a number of architects to assist with my home extension, I immediately found Kieran to be knowledgable, credible and personable and we have built a great relationship. He understood my requirements straight away and has gone to great lengths to work with the planning department to achieve my goals in some very difficult scenarios. Overall the team at HAC have been incredibly helpful and proactive, and have taken the time to guide me through the process. Thank you to Kieran, Hayden and Ellie, highly recommended!

After meeting a number of local architects we decided to go with HAC for our small extension and remodelling of the downstairs floor of our 4 bedroom house. Kieran and Ellie have been brilliant all along - from providing some great ideas at the start, a very clear quote, holding our hand through the design and planning process, right the way to completion of the build just a few weeks ago. A special thanks to Ellie as we wanted to get the design right up front and so we went through a few iterations between us. I know she did a lot of the 'grunt work' in the background and was incredibly efficient and responsive. We can't tell you how pleased we are with the outcome - thanks both for your help!

I contacted HAC when I decided to buy a house with lots of potential to put our own stamp on it. From the 1st time I spoke to Hayden he was so helpful and he get me and able to make my vision come true. Hayden also going above and beyond to try to help us out as much as he can and even help dealing with the council when we had a complaint from our neighbour.Thank you so much Hayden for making our dream house come true and we cannot thank you enough. After being recommended HAC Design and Build by my daughter, we decided to get a quote and then get the agreed work completed.Hayden and his team were very efficient and explained everything in detail all the way through the build.I am so pleased with the end result and their standard of work.Thank you so much (sorry it took so long to write my review!)

My wife and I can't say enough good things about this company! From the very start, we found HAC to be the most approachable of all the architectural firms we spoke to.Hayden is running a very well-organised business, and Ellie has been incredibly helpful throughout our project. Special thanks go to Kieran who, with amazing technical knowledge (and a sprinkling of good humour), has essentially held our hands from the start.Our building work starts in January and, without HAC, we would not have come this far.
