I went to buy a new bible, thinking there would be a good selection!! How disappointed was I. Very poor and 1 version of the bible. Luckily, they had the one I wanted. Overall, it's not the best.

Excellent service helpful friendly staff, great place to meet up have coffee and chat over books in comfy surroundings. Their click and collect service is also very good. Browse in store great book offers and advice if needed

Great book shop with a massive selection of hard and soft backed books to choose from. The addition of a cafe on the first floor is a light relief from browsing the many books. Excellent position in the centre of town opposite Greys monument

Always love visiting Waterstones, their displays are very appealing and logically organised. The store layouts are familiar wherever you go which helps selling but more importantly, helps the customer find what they want. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the bonus was seeing my book on display. Proud author moment.

Nice cafe inside the book shop, some nice cakes and pastries to go with your coffee too. Especially useful for couples were one is more interested in looking at books than the other one is!

A great, authentic book store. If you love books you know that smell that greets you at the doors. A good selection of popular books, games, note pads, children's area and coffee shop with sandwiches / cakes. Not a huge Vegan selection.

This is for the coffee shop onlyCosy little space in a vast shopping centre, good spot to escape the madness, the staff are always busy, bur they are polite and helpful. They make a good coffee, and there's plenty to choose from if you need to refule before heading back to the chaos
