The Entourage Effect

I have visited The Entourage Effect twice. On my first visit I had a ginger Tearex whilst browsing through the books and chatting with the owner, whilst the kids enjoyed the cakes.I then visited on another occasion as I was booked in for Kinetic Chain Release Therapy due to shoulder pain sustained following an injury at the gym. Ross was very knowledgeable of each of the stages of therapy, I found it relaxing and most importantly it helped with my shoulder pain. Also bought some melting moments, which were so yummy and a had a banana smoothie with GIMBER, whilst chatting with the owner and other customers that were in to chill out.

Latte was tip top, and had a good laugh with the staff and other customers.

Shop was almost shutting for the night but Ross was still more than eager to help us with anything we needed!

Great new addition to Lanark. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere as well I have always felt welcome. So far I have tried the Gimber tea and oral CBD drops. Both excellent quality and price. This is my new favourite spot in Lanark.

The Entourage Effect Cafe is the best cafe in lanark with great coffee n food if you’re in pain the CBD is really good a long side the KCR just come n hang out in Lanark community group cafe

Great place to chill out for some kcr and a cuppa, the hot chocolate is to die for best I've had in a long time. I use the patches and they are amazing I have noticed a huge difference in my pain, in fact I have managed to reduce down to 8 instead of 9 of my gabapentin as the patches are helping. The cbd cream is also great for headaches and other wee aches that are niggling through the day. Ross is very knowledgable so pop in and have a chat.

If you haven’t had a KCR your missing out. I started attending Ross last October as I’ve suffered chronic pain for 15/16 yrs now. It’s not a cure but it is an effective pain relief which works for days after treatment. I also use CBD on flare ups in between treatments. Ross is very knowledgeable and explains even during treatment what each immobilisation is for. It’s a more gentle approach than intense physiotherapy but has the same effect. Ross will go at your pace and give you first class care and attention. I wish this treatment was available on NHS as many would benefit from it. I sleep better after treatment and my mental health is also improving because after years of trial and error and been used like a Guinea pig for different meds I’ve found something that works. The Entourage is a friendly hub where you are made feel welcome and it’s also a therapy session speaking to others who like me suffer pain on a daily basis. Most importantly they understand and what a bonus ball that is .

Have been to The Entourage Effect on a regular basis for both CBD capsules to help with anxiety about returning to the office and for Kinetic chain release therapy. Ross knows his stuff, he is very knowledgeable on both subjects, is very friendly and up for a chat. He has a variety of alternative books and has some amazing drinks Gimber and TeaRex tea and the cakes are great too. This will continue to be a regular haunt of mine.
