Good dog hotel and daycare. Our dog loves it here. The staff could be abit more informative on what your dog got up to and how they got on etc but otherwise happy with their service.

Caring friendly Staff. Dogs are very happy to go in and come out in great condition.

My boy loves his visits here. I know he's safe, well looked after, and happy. Him dragging me into the place says it all really.

Our nervous dog stayed, who was a rescue. They gave him space, time and reassurance. He had a ball,and loved it, for 7 days. I was meant to review 4 years ago, sorry. They really helped our boy. Thank you. All needs meet. My disabled now,who is my, service dog I have now, I know when I book him in. He will be looked after as if he was with me.

My dog stayed here, we came to pick him up early and there were only teens running the place. Came back stinking of wee. My daughter posted a review and it was not published.

Amazing Service - You wont be disappointed!I had read about this new dog hotel a couple of weeks ago, however for our holiday we already had someone who was going to stay in our home and take care of our dog.At the last minute our plans were thrown into turmoil by an emergency surgery and our house guest was just not experienced enough to care for Bentley. With things rapidly falling apart I made a last ditch call to Love Ur Dog on Thursday afternoon, my dog was in surgery right then, we were due to leave at 7am the next day!The response was overwhelmingly positive and I drove down to check out the facilities. From the moment I walked in I was at ease, it was immediately clear that Scott and his team (Family) love dogs 100%, the kennels were spotless and definitely perfect for pampered pooches.I have seen so called luxury kennels in the past and found them to offer nothing luxury whatsoever - here though double glazed rooms with a choice of bed, choice of view, radio and exercise facilities alongside a team who appear dedicated to making this place live up to the 5 star billing.Without them our holiday would have been cancelled costing us and our friends thousands of pounds so we are truly grateful for them stepping into the breach so late in the day.Scott collected Bentley from the vets whilst we were away and they took amazing care of him, giving us updates so we could relax and enjoy the break. Nothing was too much trouble catering for his every need. I picked Bentley up today and he was clearly very happy there despite having had a traumatic week. He was like one of the family and I will be booking him back for short weekend breaks just so he can see them again.Even ignoring the extra mile they definitely went for us I would recommend this hotel if you want your dog to be cared for in a clean and luxurious environment - I wish them every success in this venture.Thank youRichie & Bentley

Great place, popped in a week or so a go for a look round with my Chihuahua Harley as I needed boarding for him in a few month time. After a little walk round an a chat with the staff I booked him in straight away without hesitation.I then booked him in for the day a week later and the staff put pics up on Facebook. Great place for our furry friends
