We have maggorts comming through our ceiling in kitchen ,mould in kitchen leaking pipework under sink ,wood termites eating through wood on living room window ,windows are terrible synergy said there wrotten ,we ring and ring but nothing ,our last place was thick with mould ,its a joke enviromental health wouldnt let this go on ,lhp dont seem to do anything just pass it on nothing gets sorted ,mould killer is toxic not meant to be used if ur living in the place its a night mare wake up

Phoned at 9 to report my toilet was constantly refilling. By 9:30 kier were outside. 15 mins later all sorted.Trying to use the LHP website is a nightmare. The online form for reporting faults does not work. Desperately needs redesigning.

Unless you can use a phone they don't want to know ! They never reply to emails or facebook messages. Been trying for TWO WEEKS ... nothing ... I'm partly deaf so can't use a phone I can't waste money going to their office!What makes it more stupid is it's about an email THEY sent me !

No heating for 3 months now. They don't care just keep telling me to wait for a repair date. I've been waiting 3 months! 3 children in the property. It's disgusting. Think I will hold back 3 months worth of rent, see how quickly that gets their arses into gear!

Awful company, very rude telephone staff. Every time you call the person your trying to speak to is 'out of office', its like they try to avoid speaking to their tenants and addressing their issues. Called about a repair a year and a half ago, needed a builder to look at some brick work, they sent a plumber. Called and explained they had sent the wrong person and they was not bothered. Still haven't sent anyone round.

I live in sheltered housing due to illness and disability there is a group of residents who object to me being in public areas they put in a false complaint against me saying I let doors slam and have loud phone conversations late at night which is lies the LHP WITHOUT asking for my side of the story sent mr a warning letter also theres a group of boys play in the ground of where I live but if I reported it LHP would sai I should be the one to get evidence never mind the situation this would put me.in the LHP have taken down CCTV also I'm being accused of GRASSING which I did not do

They found a legal way to rob people of their money. They have increased the rental prices so significantly and cannot reasonably explain why. The people who work there have no idea about their job. Communicating with them is a waste of time because these people do not understand what you are saying to them.

I have had excellent service from this Housing Association. All the staff are very polite and helpful.I have had a couple of repairs done and of a good standard.
