Fight4justice were absolutely amazing and invaluable to both my daughter and myself. I cannot thank them enough for all their support and kindness and hard work. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without them. I found staff supportive, helpful, understanding and very thorough. Thank you to all the staff at the fight back 4 justice and especially to Melanie and Sonya who supported both my daughter and me through the difficult proceedings and not to forget Michelle and Louise who were also helping in our case. A charity definitely worth supporting. And I recommend to anyone who needs legal advice and support to help them fight for justice! Thank you again!

I can not thank you all so much. From being awarded nothing, on my review. Fightback Started with the MR and gotEnhanced mobility reinstated but nothing on daily living. Fightback then put in for a tribunal, only a couple of weeks, I get dwp call stating, I'll get daily living Enhanced reinstated aswell. I will keep vip platform, in my partners name going. I will also go through your wishlist. Thank you everyone, I have no words to show my appreciation

I don’t know where to start or how I can thank fightback4justice enough! I found Fightback4justice after struggling for many years. Before finding them, I had applied for PIP and everything went well until I had my video assessment where the DWP Medical Expert" listened to me for less than 15 minutes and came to their own conclusion. I explained everything that was wrong with me which is Severe IBS with Blood loss and incontinence! Cramps and pains in my abdomen

The Fightback team have been amazing. All the way with my reconsideration and appeal. They have always been on the end of the phone or email with a quick response. Fightback have been amazing in helping me with my PIP review. Syd did a brilliant job on my form, and her expertise, patience and kindness was invaluable. Karen acted as advocate at my assessment, and again, did a brilliant job and was immensely patient and reassuring in the face of my extreme anxiety about the process. I would never have been able to do the review or get the correct result without the Fightback team’s help, I can’t fault their service and would highly recommend them.

I have used the form filling service to support with my sons Dla renewals. Lucy’s support has been invaluable to us. She is a great advocate and I found her to be friendly, patient and extremely knowledgable. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone else needing support.

Their 'helpsheets' are good, but they need a better attitude.I paid FB to help with a PIP MR. they put in a weak submission which failed. i could not afford their tribunal representation.my issue with them was not the MR submission, but that when i raised this in a comment on their Facebook page saying how wrong the dwp system was, they deleted it and blocked me from their site, then rang me to tell me not to comment again IN CASE reports of their failure on my behalf put others off using their services. they also said they did not think my disability was sufficient for the higher rate PIP (which i had been receiving prior to reassessment based on a home visit assessment). i was advised just to give up and reapply for pip again.So i asked a friend to help with putting in an appeal, and got the PIP cuts overturned completely - quite satisfying after FB had so actively discouraged me to pursue my case.i would not recommend them to others, other than pointing out that their helpsheets are good.

Fightback helped me to fill in the pip form as my child moved from dla to pip.I can be a pernickety person and they took time with me to ensure the form correctly reflected my child and their needs. I also paid to use their document vault to help me understand the forms. My child has been awarded and I’m very grateful to the help fightback gave me.

Hi All. Just wanted to say what an amazing team of people you are. From using the VIP vaults, reviewing my MR and finally preparing and Michelle attending my tribunal over the phone….everyone has been so supportive and understanding. Won my tribunal on Tues and it’s taken days to sink in.The most important thing for me is the acknowledgement of the health struggles I have.I cannot recommend Fightback any more highly….worth their weight in gold.
