Very helpful staff. Managed to perfectly recreate an eleven year old Crown shade despite system having changed in the interval. Can't even tell on the wall. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Even recycled our old paint pot for us!

Really thanks Karl's services. We will paint our new house and underestimate the scope A LOT... probably watch too many TV programmes teach your how to decorate your home. Karl teaches us what is the best tools to use, how to use them and even gives us good tricks. Besides, he also shared how the painting look like in a big wall rather than in a swatch. It is really helpful for us to make our final decision. Thanks Karl, your makes our painting becomes a pleasant experience. Please keep your good work.

I've usually found this store to be helpful and efficient but after my recent experience I won't be returning. Ever.I bought 2.5 l tin of a mixed Farrow and Ball exterior eggshell. It was the wrong colour so I returned it - politely asking for a replacement. I was met with ill concealed annoyance from the woman serving me who went on to make things as difficult as possible. At one point she asked 'what outcome are you looking for?' Answer. 'The right colour.' I don't think I have it now but will be going elsewhere in future.

Normally go to bristol but its gone down hill so tried bath...equally as bad, the staff have zero knowledge and tried to sale stuff that they didnt even know what it was for themselves.Ill be going back to dulux and brewers from now on
