Fantastic massage with Rowan today. Cozy cabin with heated bed. I left feeling so relaxed after Rowan got to the knots in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend a visit.

Rowan started treating me and my many ailments about 8 weeks ago and the difference is incredible. She listens to where I think my aches and pains are and then proves that they are actually located elsewhere through her working away.The new cabin is warm, inviting and extremely comfortable.Highly recommend and thank you!Caroline

Have been going to Stern Training classes for 6 months now. Really enjoy both circuits and kettlebells. Support game is strong and we always have a laugh! Was terrified to go first time after a previous bad experience but Rowan was lovely from the start…. Tough but kind!
