I've been going to Prestige for a few years now and despite moving out of the area, I keep taking my car back there because the service is so good. The team are so helpful and I have never felt like I have been ripped off - quite the opposite! On a number of occasions they have checked over things for me for free and given me some great advice. I have had new break pads, new tyres, MOTs, services, warning lights checked, investigations in to random noises and many other things and I have always trusted their work. Thank you Team Prestige!

Finally I found a Mercedes specialist near me.. on first impressions I would say the garage space is very impressive, clean and organised. I took my car for its MOT which sadly failed but thanks to Pete it is now at the Mercedes garage being repaired as it was covered by warranty.I found Pete to be very helpful and courteous, also informative and polite. I would highly recommend them and they are now my go to guys, I’m just glad I found them.

Great knowledge and service including gearbox service on my E class at a great price

Shaun and Pete at Prestige are great guys. They're both always very helpful and friendly which is hard to find these days and pricing is always fair. They are also okay with taking on odd ball work and no job is ever too much for them. I always find other garages are reluctant to take on certain jobs unless it's just general MOT and servicing and when they do, they over charge or don't do it right. For instance I've had a sat nav and subwoofer installed to my car as well as just general servicing and maintenance at Prestige, so they are able to do all kinds of jobs. Just had my mums car there for a service as well and they even cleaned the inside of the car out for me, which I was pleasantly surprised to see! I would recommend this garage to anyone who seeks a premium service at a reasonable price and to know your car will be looked after while it's away, as they do go that extra mile.

Having had to visit the guys at Prestige a few times over the last couple of months for several vehicle dramas , I can honestly say nothing is ever too much bother for them! They always clearly explain what needs doing and give realistic timeframes and quotesso you know what to expect. Can't fault the results ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Over the past few years, I’ve taken my W204 C class estate to Prestige for a number of things such as general services, gearbox service, abs and parking sensor replacements, replacing a split turbo pipe, brake pads and discs etc and they’ve been great. Very flexible on booking the car in, good quality work at a reasonable price and are very knowledgeable. A great independent Mercedes specialist that I would recommend to anyone.

I've been using these guys for around 5 years now. I've had three cars (all Mercedes) with them and it's always a pleasure. They go out of their way to fit repairs around my work schedule (usually late in the evenings).I'm quite inquisitive about how the different components in cars work (which is probably nuisance to them). Regardless of my questions, every time I come in for repairs, the lads explain exactly how the parts interact with one another, why certain wear and tear happens, and the steps they are taking to undertake repairs. They are extremely knowledgeable and I always leave with complete confidence (and some learning).Highly recommend Pete and Shaun at Prestige Motor Engineers. Very reliable.

Prestige did an A service and a transmission service on my E-class, 30% cheaper than dealership and did a great job. The car was washed and vacced and I was given the printout of the entry on Mercedes Electronic Service Record to show my service history is up to date. To top it off the cost was £10 cheaper than quoted! Professional, friendly and good at what they do.
