Has a Hermes machine in store, but claims it isn’t working, it’s not worked since I’ve lived in the area. Ridiculous.

Horendous, lazy customer service. This country is falling apart due to this sort of people. They refused to take my parcel even though it was within size and weight limits. Will be reporting directly to Hermes!

The older man serving is usually polite and helpful enough. But hasn't been trained fully.Although I noticed a few times lately if you're a MAN they say HELLO!DISGUSTING.Not a pleasant experience usually. I resent being treated as if I'm not even there!
