Fantastic service and a great selection of flooring. Mike went above and beyond helping me and my wife and getting the carpets fitted on a tight timeframe for us too. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality carpets and great customer service :)

I was charged almost £3000 to carpet a 2 bedroom flat, I was then charged another £120 to trim the doors, which I paid. Few days later when I came back to move in, I noticed the doors were getting stuck and I had to use all my force to open the doors. I contacted the company few times and was promised they will get someone to come fix the issues and no one ever came. I had to spend another £250 to fix all doors. I understand as a company you have to make profit but integrity and good customer service goes along way!

Dealt with Dave and he was really helpful, great service! Lots of suggestions and options on how to better work within our budget. Looking forward to my new carpets!

Don't buy from this companyWe ordered a carpet on the 7th of July, with an explanation from the salesman of a 3 week wait for a normal carpet but this was a stair carpet which we requested to be whipped, would be an extra 1, so 4 weeks in total.We had a timely measuring of the carpet 4 days after ordering the carpet, to which the same time scale and the whole process was repeated to us again.Having had no contact at 8 weeks, I contacted the company using an online form and enquired as to where my product was.Phone call received 1st September, with a voicemail, which included a telephone number. This number didn't work so I have had to live chat the company for further information, to which we were given the correct telephone number.I then called the store to which I had to leave a message. A phone call back from the Bolton store of which a man informed me that my carpet was in the store, and that it would have to be arranged for another measuring due to the carpet needing to go around the corner and it still needing to be whipped. After him scoffing and laughing at my requests and questions as to why none of this was explained at the time of purchase, I ended the call and had to turn to the customer service team who escalated the request to a regional manager.My questions of, how long as my carpet been sat in the store & why wasn't I contacted when it arrived a& how has the process that we have been informed about now changed still, to this day have never been answered.I still have not received my product, it is the 16th of September. The problems are now with a different manager, but again Im playing fast and loose with the term manager.It says it all when their own staff are saying 'you should have gone with ...' and named another local carpet business.Why anyone would ever go with this company is beyond me.

Absolutely delighted with my new carpet from Tapi, Bolton. Fitted by Keith who I cannot praise highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and he even helped to put our heaviest furniture back in place and helped to route wiring to electrical items. He was so friendly and helpful I cannot praise or thank him enough.
