I used them recently to have some work done on the gear box. Although I had to wait a couple of weeks as they were very busy, the service was excellent. They kept me informed at every stage. Friendly helpful and professional.

Staff at the garage are super nice and friendly but unfortunately that doesn’t fix the car trouble.I left my car with them “3 Times” to fix the problem, and each time they said it was fixed but the problem continued. I paid £380 for a drive shaft replacement. However they didn’t install the shaft properly. Moreover, they couldn’t detect the problem. Basically, I paid £380 for nothing.Later, I took the car to a different garage, and they said the problem was caused by the drive shaft. Then they fixed it.So, replacing a drive shaft costed too much to me. They say they fixed the problem but they didn’t.So, I suggest you to find a more professional garage if you have a problem with your car. If you are looking a garage just for MOT test, it is ok.

Just used this garage for the first time after reading all of the good reviews. I agree totally with all of the reviews.Great garage to deal with. The lads are all really friendly and knowledgeable.They came and got my car as I was having clutch problems and I was really wary about driving it. Fixed the problem after locating the part (which another garage said they couldn't do) and dropped my car off. Just great service.Big thanks to Jack who patiently answered my numerous questions and phone calls.It's always intimadating going to a garage as a woman but there's no need to be with this garage.I won't hesitate to use them again.

I couldn’t recommend mark and his team enough, originally from Leeds I was sceptical to try a new garage which I trusted with my car however from the first phone call to pulling out the garage the customer service was second to none. Definitely go above and beyond. This will now be my go to garage without hesitation. Thanks mark and team.

Massive thank you to Mark and Jack for doing my MOT test. Good, honest service and considering how nervous I was going in, Mark made me feel relaxed and even made me a cuppa. Car passed and even booked in to get my advisory fixed. I’ll be sticking with this garage from now on.

Top class service from a professional. Will 100% use again. Booked me in for MOT at 8am and was complete by 8.30am whilst I waited. Great value for money.

Dropped my car off with a few repairs and investigations a couple of weeks ago and all of the lads were super helpful. Regular updates on my car and issues and very quick to obtain the parts and repair. Very reasonable prices too and very honest, reduced quoted cost when it did not take as long as anticipated. They helped put my mind at ease (especially as a young woman with little clue about cars!) and I will definitely be using them again.

Being a woman and not really having much clue about cars I’m always worried when it comes to getting the car in the garage, even anything down to a routine MOT after previous bad experiences.I was recently recommended mark at Wallsend test centre and I have to say I honestly have never had such a smooth experience with a garage and the complimentary coffee was a bonus.No more stress or feeling worried when it comes to that dreaded time again.Thankyou so much Mark a job very well done

Been going to Mark for around 10 years. The garage has grown over the years but that hasn't changed the suberb personal service that they provide. With such reasonable prices, and genuinuely nice staff it's so easy to trust that they'll look after you and your car...and they do! Nothing is ever too much and I will continue to use them for as long as they'll let me keep going with all my car problems!
