The Empawrium

Empawrium is a fantastic pet store, located right by Sutton Park. Lewis and Sam are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasure. They have a great selection of high-quality pet food and toys. They go above and beyond to provide helpful advice and guidance. The store is clean and well-organized. I highly recommend Empawrium to all pet owners!

I had such an amazing experience at Empawrium in Sutton Coldfield! The shop is a treasure trove of natural dog treats and food. The team, including Sam, Lewis, Mia, and the adorable shop dog Kevin, create a wonderfully warm and friendly atmosphere. Their knowledge is exceptional, and they've been incredibly supportive as we welcomed our new puppy Mia. I highly recommend their training classes and grooming facilities. The harness fit room is also top-notch. Empawrium is truly a great place for all your dog's needs!

We knew Sam and Lewis before they opened the shop as Sam was our beloved Harmony’s groomer. When we got Tilly we reached out to Sam, and decided to take her to the Empawrium. We’re so glad we did! It’s our one stop shop for Tills! She has an amazing experience with Sam, and enjoys her Eden Puppy Food. Her antlers and the squeezy pate are a god send. The pate is great for grooming training, especially her chin! And in her licki-mat during a mad half hour. We have a brilliant experience every time. Thanks for the patience you have with Tilly especially when trying to find her the perfect treat and for introducing us to Twiggy Tags!x

Lewis is an absolute gem. Takes time to understand the requirements of both you and your puppy. The advice given is second to none particularly with first time puppy owners. Aurora does enjoy her puppy classes and going to the shop

Empawrium is absolutely unique to the area, and must visit for dog owners. They have an incredible range of products available which are all of exceptional quality following a boat load of research Sam and Lewis conduct. Speaking of Sam and Lewis, they are wonderful people and are incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects - Sam is more than just a fantastic groomer, and Lewis is more than just an excellent dog trainer.Being able to bring your pup in to meet the team and to discuss how things are going is also another huge plus for Empawrium. Sam and Lewis make loads recommendations to help with behavioural issues or to provide tips to owners for pretty much anything; this isn’t necessarily a service, but it seems to just come up through conversations as they both have a clear passion and desire to see both owner and dog be as great as they can be.I have previously placed a review for Hair of the Dog - Sam’s dog groom business — where I wax lyrical about how excellent it is too so please check this out if you’re interested. I don’t want to clog up the review of the shop but long story short, best groomer we’ve ever had and brilliant with our exceptionally defiant pup!If you’re a dog owner in the Sutton area and beyond, this place should be on your radar. The quality of product is fantastic and they can cater for pretty much all of your dogs needs.Brilliant work guys, please keep it up, this place is awesome!

A fantastic shop, full of treats, chews, harnesses, and toys! Milo loves going to visit and making sure we spend all of our money on him. Really friendly staff who are always happy to help!

Sonny absolutely loves popping in after his walks on a Sunday. Lewis the owner is always helpful and has taught us a lot about keeping our pup healthy. Also Pauline is so lovely too!

This pet shop is wagnificent! I thought I'd paws for a moment to express how much me and my pup love visiting here.Lewis and the team are so lovely! On hand to offer advice, cheery faces and product recommendations.It might be a small store but there is so much on offer. They have a wide range that they continuously add to, exploring new products and brands. All top quality! Foods, treats, toys, practical items, harnesses... everything! They have a great room for harnesses and leads. We had Lili fitted for a brilliant harness.We did the puppy classes with Lewis as well so he's always happy to offer a tid bit of advice when we chat about Lili's progress.Honestly, we absolutely love it here and we'll be more than happy to keep coming back again and again.

I have been buying raw food from the Empawrium for about 3 months. The staff are helpful & knowledgable. My dog wouldn’t eat anything I gave him but after speaking to the staff they gave me lots of brilliant advice & some free samples to try. The advice worked & I was so grateful to have a dog that was eating again. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody as the friendly, knowledgable staff really go out of their way to help you. The range of products they stick are great.
