I selected Prime Estates as they came across as very professional and organised. I used them for the sales process of my mother's house. They kept me fully informed by email, text and phone call. Steve arranged 9 viewings of the property within 48 hours of the house going on the market following which we had 6 offers. Dee then took the time to go through each of the offers with me in detail and outlined each of the buyers details. Dee also kept the process on track to ensure we completed on schedule. I would highly recommend Prime Estates.

Having to sell and buy a house is daunting enough but using Prime Estates took the sting out of it. The staff were very helpful, had a good knowledge of the area and during the time when viewings were made of my house I was kept up to date with potential purchasers and viewing feedback the next day. We had our house sale completed last week with prime estate agents from Yardley. Steve was doing all the dealings with us. Very professional and helpful. He explained all our queries well and was honest with the situations. Happy with the service. Would recommend strongly.

Avoid at any cost, As a potential seller they will offer you low fees to entice you (Steve). Once your in their hands they will mess you around (Dee), Offer you a low offer then see what is the minimum your willing to take, once they know your minimum they will work to get you the minimum price. On the other hand they will tell potential buyers that offers at asking price or more have been received to push the potential buyer to offer more. Once they receive an offer of more than £10K of the minimum from a trusted buyer. They will then tell them that they will secure the property for less if they pay a fee. The fee usually can be from 2k to 15K which is the difference between the minimum the seller is willing to accept and the buyer has offered. The seller will be lead to believe their doing a fantastic but far from the truth...Avoid at any cost

If you’re looking for the worst estate agents, then you’ve come to the right place! If I had the option, I would rate them as 0.Where do I even start, shocking service from the get go. I had my viewing on Saturday and was advised by Pam to ring Monday morning to make an offer which I did, at 9am to be exact. I was then advised by Steve to have the supporting documents sent it to submit the offer by end of business. About 2 hours later, I gave them a call before I was about to submit the documents, I was then advised by an agent that vendor has accepted another offer because I am yet to submit documents. As a business, surely the service or the process should be more efficient? Surely the vendor should’ve been made aware of the situation once I had been given time to submit the documents within the time frame provided. The manager Dee then called me, said “The vendor has selected the other offer because they know the person” - if this was the case, the vendor would have made the sale privately and never came to Prime Estates in the first place?Prime estates are the most sly and conniving agents I have come across, they treat you unfairly and prioritise their close connections. In other words, if you want to win a bid with Prime in todays market, you need to make sure you drop the soap for Dee. It was quite obvious and clear that the property was offered to someone they know.

Having just sold a house via Primes Estates, I can confidently say they provide an exceptional service! Their customer service is impeccable. They kept me updated all the time and were very efficient. Dee and Steve were marvellous, they made the whole process very easy and in fact broke the area sealing price and got me exactly the price I wanted for my house.
