Gemini Accident Repair Centre Peterborough

Shocking from start to finish. Had the car ages, waiting on a part that I found readily available on Google. Car was dusty inside when I got it back and now, two weeks later the wipers have packed up. Admiral, my insurance company are equally as bad for using these jokers, but when I complain to them, they will send me back to Gemini. I would probably be better clinging to the bonnet with a cloth rather than trusting these to fix them. Probably an expensive trip to the main dealer to make sure it’s fixed properly is on the cards. Avoid at all costs. I thought it would be ok and chose not to pay the extra to get the car repaired at a place of my choosing, but I was wrong.

Gemini recently did some repair work to my car. Afterwards I had a few questions which required me to return and they couldn't have been more helpful. They gave a swift and honest service along with some fantastic free advice.Marcus and Gemma in particular were extremely helpful.Thanks you

Terrible. Car got hit by idiot in van and insurance sent us to this place.They will tell you your car will be ready next week. Next week turns into another week. Another week turns into another. Before you know it, it's been well over a month. Eventually they call, and we're thinking the car is ready. Nope. Turns out they lost our car key and were asking if we had a spare.We decide that we want our car back instead of the full amount insurance are willing to pay out. You'd think it wouldn't take very long for us to get it back. Nope. Still haven't gotten it back yet. They haven't finished putting the car back together because they had to remove parts to assess the damage. Called up insurance to chase them up. Insurance company are surprised that we haven't got it back yet because they said they'd only pay for 10 days of storage at the garage.Avoid if you can.

Gemini had my Honda Jazz in to repair some bodywork damage after someone hit the side of my car. The repairs were covered by my insurance. They picked the car up from my house (I live nearly 30 miles from Peterborough) and provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. The car was with Gemini for a week and when they returned it I was pleased to see they had done such a good job. They even added some petrol to cover what had been used. They provided an excellent service and, based on my experience, I can recommend them.

Unsolicited review:I don’t often write reviews but the service we received from the Gemini team was second to none and worthy of sharing. Our vehicle required repairs and we were directed by our insurance company to Gemini. The communication from start to finish was timely, courteous and always on point. The team that delivered the loan car were friendly, on-time, thorough in their inspection and immediately able to provide an estimate on timings (which coincidently were spot on). The office team kept us updated of progress at every stage so we knew exactly what was happening. The car was returned when promised, cleaned and even topped up with fuel to compensate for the distance to the garage. To Joanna and all involved - a big thank you! Exceptional customer service from start to finish!!

Don’t bother and avoid at all costs. My insurance company put me in touch with them to repair my car. They cancelled because they didn’t have a courtesy car, I told them that I could juggle and be without one they cancelled anyway. A few days after car is having a window open (caused by the original accident) tried to contact them because now I’m using a plastic bin bag protecting my leather seats and anyone have access to the interior of the car easily. They don’t answer calls, my insurance company tried to contact them and again was difficult to get in touch with them and when they finally managed to contact them still no contact with me to arrange repairs. Completely useless and terrible customer care. Covid can’t excuse this I’m afraid. These events happened recently since end of September 2020 and today 6/10/2020.

Think twice before you decide to leave your car with them. They have complete" work on my Range Rover Sport 67 plate and now paint is coming off

Haven’t even got my car in there yet. They’ve cancelled my appointment because they don’t have the photographs I sent to the insurance company. Never had this issue before. It doesn’t bode well for the repair if they need pictures of a headlight, wind mirror and the side panel over the wheel arch.Plus I work nights, they phone in the afternoon and say it’s not a problem. I wonder how they’ll feel if I phone them at 3 am to discuss my car?
